both called data05 which corresponds with DATA72 which I downloaded ... however I got three DATA72 files when I unz ...

I tried that but the speed camera database isn't accurate enough on position, a camera I go past on my way to work doesn't trigger the warning ...

Am I right in thinking this effectively sets up a circle around the speed camera and if you cross thru the boundary from any direction, you get the warning? If you set a meaningful warning for a 70mph ...
