Speeding Driver Gets Caught 13 Times In One Month

13,000 speeding motorists have been caught by average speed cameras in two years on a stretch of roadworks on the A23 in Sussex - one of the county's busiest roads.
But one hapless company car driver was caught thirteen times in just one month. It is assumed that he lost his license as a result.
The same company car was also recorded speeding on a further two occasions when one of his colleagues was driving.
