We have just finished an extensive road test of Origin's latest driver safety system the b2. Following on from it's successful bluei system the b2 is a GPS based Safety Camera detector with a number of new features. Coupled with a GPS receiver, laser detector and optional laser defeater and radar modules the b2 covers every possible angle. NMEA output is another option which allows the unit to drive a PocketPC navigation application. Over four weeks of testing it never missed a camera, it will even alert you to the current speed limit and knew of temporary Gatso installations at roadworks as well as the road works speed limit!
