Garmin have introduced a range of Drive and Zumo units which have Lifetime maps for the main continents (apart from Asia). The versions launched in Europe come with Europe (full) and Middle East & North Africa preinstalled with options to download North America, South America, Southern Africa or Australia & New Zealand.

It seems you can have two maps on the unit and any other regions on an SD card as Garmin Express only allows you to have two on the unit. Units also come with the Foursquare database which come downloaded when selecting additional maps.

Never seen Garmin offer this before but if anyone wants more detail on this unit (such as coverage by country) then worth visiting here.
