Problems with TomTom GO LIVE 820 camera alerts

Hi

I'm having problems with speed cameras on my TomTom go live 820

I assumed the file I needed was TomTom OV2?
When I try to install the unzipped file i get the error message "Then content you are trying to install cannot be used with your device"

So I then try (myTomTom Zip)/ UK-speed Complete/Male with Chime Prefix, this installs fine but with one problem.

When I go to "Warn when near POI", I can set the distance but I'm am not getting the screen where I can select "sound effect" So I am not hearing any spoken information about speed cameras

I hope I've explained this ok
