Phone has just auto upgraded to android 6 ... and CamerAlert has stopped working ... opens, crashes, shuts down .. every time. Uninstalled and redownloaded from google play .. same result. 
Any ideas anyone ?? |

Have you tried clearing the app cache and data?
In the app tray, tap and hold CamerAlert then drag it to the top where it says "App Info"
In here tap on "Storage" and then "Clear data" and "Clear cache". Give that a try and see how it goes.
I'm pretty sure that by default Android will store app data even after uninstalling an app so that if you reinstall it then you still often have your settings available etc.

Tried that, tried reinstalling, even did a factory reset and ensuring the first app installed is CA ..always the same result .. starts, crashes, "CA has stopped working", shuts down .. |
