tomtom 720 upgrade help

got this tomtom 720 running old maps want to upgrade ,its been a while i did any upgrade if someone can freshen my memory how to do it and what is the latest navcore ,i have downloaded the latest Europe maps 960.756 .
have backed up my tomtom internal hard drive as per the tutorial .

1)i want the best out of this tomtom like lane guidance and etc etc.
2)i want to put the maps on the 16 gb sdhc sd card .

i need your help how to do it .

Just let TTHome incrementally update your navcore/application to the correct/current v9.510 then just go the the TT map shop & buy what you want

Latest maps are generally actually v965 so just select the map that covers the countries you need.
That device will run a 16Gb SDHC card no problem.

PS not too sure what you mean by "downloaded the latest Europe maps 960.756" but unless you got this direct from TT then you're in the wrong forum to talk about dodgy/iffy/illegal/pirate maps!
