That is a Home backup and not Windows. You need to connect to Home, Manage my device, Install items from computer, Maps and install the map.

Thanks.
But Home doesn't find that backup. I do have a backup made in windows from last April but it is a full backup (system and map) so not sure how to install just the map part of it.
Would you be able to advise please?
Many thanks for your time.

Does Downloads in Home point to where that file is located ? (tools, home preferences, folders)

You should be able to drag and drop the whole map file from your old explorer backup onto the device.

Seconded, been there, done that. A simple format and drag and drop sorted in minutes.
