Home or Mydrive

Is there a definitive list anywhere that tells me whether to use Home or MyDrive Connect? I was under the impression that my Via 135 is serviced through MDC but when I try it it tells me I need Home. When I try to connect using Home it tells me I need MDC. It makes no difference what I do, neither of them recognize my Via 135 and tell me it is not connected.

I don't know if there's a list anywhere but the Via 135 uses MyDrive Connect.

Does anything here help with your non-recognition problem?

Mmm, for some reason that link doesn't seem to work, so go to the TomTom website, click on the question mark towards top-right of the page, then at the top of the list of most popular answers click on "Why is my device not recognised? (MyDrive Connect)".
