Option(s) to extend GTM70 Cable

The combined power/traffic cable supplied with the NuviCam is too short to allow me to re-route the cable in a tidy fashion around my dash.

Does anyone know of any options available to extend this?

Would any extension cable to the Mini USB B 5-Pin be acceptable?

Crikey, must have a big dash as the cable is too long IMO. I think a better route would be a 12v power extension cable, there are loads around, as I know that would work.

Agree. I got a 'Ring' extension cable, cut it down and hardwired it in so I now have a ciggy socket just down by my right knee behind the dash.
