Garmin Dezl 560 Truck Profile issue

I've got a Dezl 560 LMT. I wanted to add a new the truck profile but it wouldn't let me. So I did a reset as I didn't need the other uiser data. Now when i want to use it in truck mode it say I need to set up a profile. I run through the setup putting in all the details and name the profile. Then when i press the "Done" button it just goes back to the page where you have to name the profile instead of saving it. It won't let me use the truck mode until this is set up.
