Garmin express - updates

Did a quick search but didn't find the answer.

How do you remove unwanted updates such as foreign languages from Garmin Express?

I like to keep things tidy!

If you are using a Mac then the foreign language texts ie for the menu and help information are kept in discrete areas. These can be deleted by utility programs and so save quite a few GB of space.

As for Windows I do not know.
