Google "tomtom truck" and see just how many pirated/cracked devices there are STILL out there after all this time. I remember when their illegal products people actually cared.
I'm glad I'm not a shareholder or I would personally be pretty pi55ed off with their indifference! |

None of the new devices requiring MyDrive have had their software/maps hacked. That goes back to the Go 1000 series in Europe. _________________ David |

Agreed that these are all on the older models but what that's got to do with their apathy/indifference to piracy? |

I think that dhn inferred the answer. They are not because the later versions have not yet been cracked. |

So it's OK to carry on selling cracked "old" models all the time they last (like another 5-10 years perhaps until batteries/screens etc are no longer available then)?
PS I'm having a pop at TT for their inaction, not you guys. |

The Chinese have cloned everything now, so nobody cares about copies as it's too widespread.
As an example, try and find a genuine Samsung S5 or Sony Xperia Z3 on ebay and you will find that at least half for sale are fake Chinese copies.
The fakes now look exactly the same as originals unless you know what to look for. _________________ GO 620, Tomtom Android EU,
