lost voice

My old Tom Tom one has lost its voice even the start up sound , was working fine for years . Tried the reset button to and held the pin in.

Is the battery fully charged? Sometimes, sound is the first thing to go when a battery is about dead.

No checked that t.Sound fully up. its done it one before and came back on after a reset but she dead now
