TT GO 40 Not showing in "my computer"

Hi

Just bought the TT Go 40 having had an original TT One for a couple of decades! Nothing wrong with the One but decided it was time for an update.

My queston is two fold:
1 Is it possible to use Pocket GPS poi and the like with the Go 40?
2 Why doesn't the Go 40 show under devices in My Computer on the pc?

Thinking of returning the Go 40 but are all TT now locked so there is no user interaction like POI updates?

The new Nav 4 models such as your Go 40 do not show as external drives in My Computer as your older models did.

The user does not have access to the file system on the new devices. However, it will show up as a network connection in My Computer (or should).

As of yet, the user cannot add 3rd party pois, including anything from this site.

You use MyDrive for the new device (get it at tomtom.com/getstarted), not Home.

Also, make sure you use a DIFFERENT email address for the new device than you used for a previous one.
