Is this compatible with the European cameras?
No.

I've just tried it with the Europe, speed zoned complete and it throws up a load of errors. I'm guessing it's to do with the higher speed limits as they are stated in KMH.
And the fact that a lot are none UK speeds

Is this something for a future release maybe?
Who knows, but a lot of work for Kremmen to do. Very Happy

Yes, it would be a big change as I currently only work with MPH.

It would probably be easier to copy the existing code and convert it into a 'EU CSV to GPX Converter'

A Winter project maybe.

The latest zip package now contains both female and male voice packs.

Same link.

If you wish to change to male warnings then just unzip the package and copy/paste the .wav files over the female ones you currently have in the Working Folder.

New version:

2017.10.05.65

This version adds 2 options when processing is complete:

Option 1 'Finish' - As now, just cleans up, saves your settings and leaves the Converter open for viewing statistics and/or changing the warning text.

Option 2 - 'Finish & Launch POILoader' Cleans up, saves settings, closes the Converter and auto launches Garmin's POILoader.

I've included a POILoader launch button on the main menu.

At this stage that's all it does. Depending on feedback ..........

For those of us wishing to update is there a simple way, eg one file to copy, to do so or do we need to do a complete uninstall and reinstall? In the past that's what I've done but can I just replace an .exe file?

Not tried just replacing the exe so I don't know the consequences.

Given that the exe is buried in your user area in that apps2 folder, twice, it's probably more hassle anyway.

I always do the full thing as it only takes minutes.

Voices addition.

I've noticed that CamerAlert has a different WAV for the RedSpeed cameras.

My current voicepack has a homebrew:

"RedSpeed camera xx miles per hour", created by me.

CamerAlert has:

"Redlight and speed camera xx miles per hour".

You now have a choice.

The default 'voicepack' still has "Redspeed" but there is now a new pack with the CA version, your choice:

Purely Beta, to see how it goes.

I've put 3 help buttons in:

When you click the static button, it should open the .mht Helpfile at the exact position of the valid topic.

One snag I've found is that Internet Explorer doesn't close immediately every time so in most occasions it's a one off check. Then you may need to wait up to 20 secs for IE to close before another button will work.

[link removed- backed out]

Just 3 to start with as I'm not 100% convinced given the delay.

Doesn't open help file for me. Asks to find app in Store. So obviously I haven't got the right whatever to open .mhtml nor will any other W10 people by default.
