Installation of POI to Sygic on iPhone/ipad

Installation of Poi
When i down load poi are they upi and bmp files or do i have to convert them where can i get converter that works on a mac using Sygic on iPhone /ipad.

i have followed the instructions from sygic web site everything goes fine until
my phone says you have new poi do you want to install when i press ok a error message comes while installing. i am using the new ios6 is this the problem. can anyone help. many thanks.

the foils are the caravan club / camping/caravan club.

the messages i get are New poi database was detected do you want to import now. press ok an error occurred during import.

Just re-read your initial post, sorry I was mobile when I replied last night.

Have you converted the downloaded files into rupi or upi format? The convertor is on the Sygic website but is Windows only. On the Mac you'd need to run a VM of Windows or maybe try running it under WINE (such as CrossOver or similar).

Other than that you may need to pester a windows using friend!
