TomTom with HD Traffic on 2 seperate iPhones simultaneously

Considering another iPhone for the OH, I know I could load it with the same copy of TomTom app and maps, but would want traffic as well.

I know that if I try and use HD traffic on my iPad, you get the option to "restore Purchases" to transfer the HD Traffic sub to another device.

If you wanted to have HD traffic on two separate devices at the same time can you actually just purchase a second subscription?

For TomTom to work on 2 x iPhones at the same time with HD traffic, would I need to purchase;

2 x TomTom app and 2 x HD subscription and put it on separate iTunes accounts?

Or could I run both iPhones on one ITunes account with 1 shared copy of TomTom app, but 2 x HD subscriptions?

Anybody with any experience of how to do this please Help!

The app would work on any device you log in to with your iTunes account so you'd only need to buy that once.

However, TomTom are a bit naughty (or rather Apple let them get away with it under yet another of their 'different appstore rules for different companies' things that they have ) so yes, you would need to make 2 separate in-app purchases after creating 2 separate accounts with TomTom by giving them your email address before you pay for the in-app purchase.
