I think the point is that as you blast through someone else's 30MPH idylic pastures green at speeds just under the speed of sound, you would find it difficult to determine whether or not two pensioners such as Dennis and myself, dressed in the oblicatory hi-viz jackets and wielding a handy cam was the real thing, or just two pensioners dressed in hi-viz jackets wielding a handy cam, so would do the decent thing and slow down a bit before we wrote you a letter telling you that you have been a naughty boy but there is nothing that we can do about it other than to tell a nice policeman that you were speeding in our idylic 30 MPH green pasture.
