I have a Hyundai ix35 with built in Sat Nav. Its Navtec software but to be honest its next to useless. The map is at least 15 months old and there are still no signs of an update. Has anyone ever tried to add the contents of another portable unit to the in dash unit, my thoughts being to copy all the contents of my tom tom onto the ix35.
Is this feasible and has anyone ever done this as Tom Tom offer regular map updates and I could add POI onto it
