Damaged my 530 changing battery.

I bought mine from farnell.co.uk but I believe they are commonly available. they were only 7.5p each, minimum quantity 10. However there is a minimum order value of £20 without an account.

I hate those minimum order sizes though...I spend half my life trying to "bump up" small orders to the likes of Farnell, RS or CPC. End up spending more on stuff you didn't need than what you actually wanted! Laughing

I was looking at the 940 wondering how its battery was going to last and noticed that on the latest software there is no way of telling the battery capacity. The miniature screen icon basically shows some charge, nearly dead and turning off. It lasted at least an hour so it should go on for some time yet.

For anyone else trying to repace their 530 battery, warm the battery area up a bit with a hair drier first and then the battery will pull off a bit easier.
