Garmin have kindly put the official Isle of Man 1:25k map on their website for free. Users of compatible devices (Oregon, Dakota, GPS62, nuvi550) can save it to their unit, and also use it in BaseCamp.
Mapsource users without a compatible device can install it to Mapsource with gmaptool and then use it, not in Mapsource, but in BaseCamp.
