At present I have an excellent TomTom Go 700 which over the years has done everthing I have asked of it.
I have just got an Alpine IVA-D310Rb head unit, this can be connected to the Alpine NVE-N099P Sat nav, however it looks like alpine have not been very good at updating the maps disc.
My question is can I run another map software disc on the Alpine unit.
Or is there anyone who has managed to link a tom tom to the alpine screen ?
Obvoiusly it may be a non starter but thought i would ask the question.
