F50, HGV Usage ie will it work on 24v

Am looking at buying a navman f50 with all the extras from halfords for £150 but being a lorry driver i need to know if it will work on the 24volt system and if it has the truck setting like the garmin has.
I have a garmin i3 and a tomtom one but the real time traffic updates and the bluetooth on the navman would be useful.

Yes you can use the F50 in a lorry the chargers are rated to 25V however the devices are only rated for 12V

as long as you start the lorry then plug in the device to avoid spikes, no problem
