Just some advice on the route66 mini. Don't get one.!!!
if you want to add your own custom POIs. you can't import custom POIs.
First impressions are good it looks good but works right out of the box it does not, you need to charge it for 4 hours. once I charged it up
switched it on I had to reset it twice as it froze trying to aquire satelite, once I got past that hurdle it came to life and was fairly straight forward
to work instructions were fine and position was accurate, screen was good sound was clear maps were good and easy to see. however when I didn't plan a route the gps position would not move with the map postion so when I was on the move and after approx 500m all I could see was the map moving without my position on screen software bug perhaps. then I plugged it into my PC and my laptop and my sons laptop all with same result.!! trouble was the active sync software would not recognise my device I could see the files when I switched to mass storage via my computer. contacted r66 support who replied very fast and informed me I need to download an updated file, by this time I had lost interest returned it for a garmin nuvi 200 for an extra £10. and it does what I want it to do. screen is a little more blocky but you can drive without planning a route and it will inform you of traffic cams and imported POI's like lowbridges.com and more.
