Hi all, I live in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, and for the last 10 days or so I get an alert that the A61 from Chesterfield all the way to Clay Cross, approx. 5 miles, is closed due to road works, this isn't the case, has anyone else had problems in my area or anywhere else? |

Nope. Are you using the cable or the smart phone app for traffic? _________________ Where there's a will ... there's a way. |

the cable, I have gone into settings it is set for auto and it has selected INEXUK, I think that's right, not sure if there is an alternative, had another issue today, during my calls (I use for work) I looked at my next call, put in the postcode etc, it started to find route then the screen went to nighttime mode and got stuck acquiring satellites, I turned it off reset it and after a few minutes went back to normal, don't know if its connected or not, |

True. If it continues though I'd try a master reset. This assumes you've already done a complete shut down, something worth doing every few days. _________________ Where there's a will ... there's a way. |

Inrix have an app where you can report or clear traffic issues. Might be worth seeing what data they have.
I've noticed a few traffic providers showing night roadworks as 24x7 and all the rerouting that performs.
Near me Waze has had a section of road closed off for weeks, but it isn't.
As said though, start with a full system reboot. _________________ Satnav:

This does happen and you can report it to Inrix.
There was a similar incident on the approaches to Liverpool (M62/Edge Lane) indicating the road was closed, causing the Garmin to offer all sorts of alternative routes.
It turned out that the road closure had been inaccurately pin-pointed and Inrix eventually corrected its location. |

Any idea how I report an error to Inrix. I have tried their website and mobile app but I can't find any way to let them know that a road which they are showing as closed is actually open. Their app says that the road will be closed until 22/12/2017 but it actually re-opened in December 2016. _________________ Paul |
