Thanks both for your replies. My HD traffic for my Renault carminat live suddenly stopped working about a week ago. I have a current subscription which is well in date so was a bit perplexed when it suddenly just stopped working about a week ago.
I went to the tomtom customer support page and having selected my product (ie the carminat live) I was given the option of submitting an email. This I duly did describing the problem. I got a reasonably quick reply but strangely the tech asked me to quote him my cars VIN, which I thought a tad strange. Never the less I provided it and am waiting a further reply. On closer inspection of the email they sent me I see its actually sent from Renault connected services and not Tomtom at all. It appears tomtom have sub contracted their support out. Anyone confirm this?

Situation resolved, it turned out that the SIM card had become inactive. Why, I've no idea. Quick phone call to tomtom services themselves resolved the problem quickly.
