Hi. Has anybody had a problem with truck speed limits & incorrect ETAs after updating the maps to 2017.20. On A roads its stuck on 20MPH & on Dual Carriageways & motorways its stuck on 40MPH. I have had this sat nav only a week after returning the first one back to Halfords for an exchange for the same reason. I have emailed & spoke to garmin technical support about this matter, but everything they have said to do, Ie a hard reset, change the profile of the truck I have done, but still I am having the same problem. The speed limits in car mode are all ok. I have sent them a log of the route that I programmed in to the sat nav, but no reply as yet. I am running windows 10 home on both my laptop & my main Computer. Thanks.

I don't have your model but it sounds like an incorrect profile, so I'd look closely at that first.

Hi. Thanks for your reply.. re profile, do you mean the truck profile, if so I have done one for a 44ton artic & 18 ton rigid, no change at all.. garmin tech support tried to say that was the problem, until I told them that I was running my old dezl 560 along side the dezl 770 with 2017.20 maps with the same profile. with the 560 giving correct speed & give or take 5mins on my ETA.

They just told me to take screen shots on route, to show the speed limit shown & send the a log of the route via garmin express, so there technical team can look at the problem. but at the moment I am still waiting a reply....
