Voice Alerts

I've put the ogg files in the Western Europe file but when trying to configure the warnings I'm still offered the bells, it says "Bell 1" "Is this the sound you want". If I select this, won't I get the bell warning instead of the voice warning? I'm sure when I've done this in the past I wasn't offered the bells.

I also tried putting the ogg files in a sounds folder but I wasn't offered the voice warnings at all.

My Go 720 has version 9.510 and Western Zone version 965 but when I tried to change my signature it didn't save.

Double check that the ogg files have exactly the same filename as the OV2 files, with just the different 3 letter extension. With Windows Explorer (I'm assuming PC), can you see that the OV2 and OGG files are in the same Folder.

Thanks Richard, In the end the ogg files on my device had somehow become corrupted so I had to re-download them.

After changing my signature, I pressed Save Now but it didn't save it. I've tried it on my laptop and my iPad with no success.

On my Account/Personal Page, I went into My Info and changed my signature. At the bottom above the avatar section is "Save Changes"
