Hi, I have tried to update the database on my iPhone have entered name and password, clicked the link button but nothing happens

Do you already suscribe to the camera database if not you need toto do this to get the regular updates if not you get one copy of the current release F

Moved to CamerAlert Forum.

sdiprose Reboot phone and launch CamerAlert then enter sdiprose in "user-name" field and your PocketGPS password in the "Password" field.

Does that work?

I have 176 days of subscription left, I have tried re booting but nothing it is like the link button does not work as it does not try to connect if I put put a wrong password I would expect a error message but nothing

What browser are you using on the iPhone? We have had reports that if you have switched from the standard safari browser the iPhone API calls are not properly supported and the linking doesnt work.

Glad it works for you. I have tried everything, de install re install reboots inbetween. iPhone is 3gs on O2 with current OS and is NOT jailbroken.

If I put details in and press link, nothing happens. My camera subscription is valid for a few more months and I have only one iPhone.

Any ideas? And please don't say remove and re install as I have done this till I am blue in the face...

Hi Darren, will do, thanks.

As a thought, my login ID is split with a space "Matt Field" - doesnt cause a problem on here, but may in the App.

Will raise ticket when I get home tonight.

I have the same problem with my iPhone 6s plus - The App registration filed don't recognise my login. Tried rebooting, removing and reinstalling the app to no avail. Any suggestions?
