Zumo 500 questions

Hello,
I have a 500 and on the whole, I get on with it well.
However, I have a few questions that would be good to have answers to.

1. How much internal memory does a 500 have?
1.1 How much internal memory does a 550 have? (i've been offered one, but don't know if its worth changing)

2. My internal memory is 97% full (not including the SD card installed), is there anything I can to to reduce the amount of memory used?

3. is it possible to load the UK maps in the internal memory and the chosen parts of Europe on the SD card?

4. Is there a way of doing a full factory reset?

1. No idea but just connect it to a PC and find out.

1.1. No idea.

2. Yes ... you can delete any unwanted voices, vehicle, text, keyboard, help and EULA files.

3. Yes.

The 550 can speak street names. I think that's it. They both have the same internal memory

Why not load everything onto an SD card? That's what I do.

Full factory reset - no idea.
