My sturdy but cheap Start 60 (bought for the much larger screen) has recently been unable to find any sats at all, first it kept losing its position for about 2 or 3 hours then nothing at all, wierd thing today was while trying to lock onto sats using the sat screen I got a "double image" or one screen overlaid slightly off register, and a very strange double line, circling the "sat area" display.......kinda wierd, very very Dutch, if you know what I mean Cool

Trying to update the machine presently but seems slow..........anyone had this or similar problems?

I'm having a very similar problem with my Start25. After a map update a few weeks ago, I've had a nightmare getting a fix - sometimes it takes 20 mins to get a lock and sometimes so long (over an hour) that I've given up and switched to using google maps on my phone!

I downloaded the 'Quick fix' update which supposedly enables a fix to be made in under 30 seconds but it's made no difference whatsoever.

The unit is only a few months old so it likely to be heading back to where I purchased it from fairly shortly.

Really disappointing as I had a TomTom One from the early days which lasted over 8 or 9 years!
