Hi All,
Hopefully someone will know what is happening as regards to the following.

Loaded latest speed camera database on to laptop, did the extraction, then used POI Loader, went to load onto unit in the car and got "No supported Files" on the usb stick, so I tried the SD card and got "SD Card read error" on the unit. The last time I updated, I had used the card reader with no problem, as again the USB would not play. Previously the USB was fine, no problems. I have only had the car for 4 months from new. (Could never get the audio voice either, even after trying everything that's talked about on here and other sites) It is still showing and giving the "Bong" warnings when required as nothing has overwritten the previous custom POI's.

So any suggestions greatly received.

Hi All,
Just to let everyone know that the downloads, WITH VOICE, are now working. Long story short, it was my laptop that was causing the problems. It did die had it reloaded with Win 8.1 and did all the POI bits from scratch and low and behold everything worked fine IAW the known procedures.
