Selling a 740 - what's needed, and how?

Looks like a nice new iPhone 6+ is going to be replacing my TomTom 740. (I think it had a letter on it too, but can't remember which letter or what it stood for!). Anyway, I need to know:

A) What steps do I need to take to prepare it for sale. Is a delete of the POIs and a factory reset enough?

B) What's the best way to sell it? I have both the standard mount and a "permanent" mount thing - one with 4 holes to screw into the dash.

Anything else I need to think about?
