Hi I have a 2014 Nissan qashqui and have been trying to download the speed camera database to the connect sat nav, it recognises my usb says no audio files found and then tells me that poi files will be updated and overwrite existing files, click ok and then it says copying my poi to system, after 30 secs it goes back to map but nothing loaded should I be doing anything else? any help appreciated Thanks

Have you tried a different SD card or re downloading the database in case the copy that you have is corrupt in some way?
