Voice Control or Custom POI's

Question, which would you prefer given the chance on the current TT range, voice control or custom poi's, and if both were on offer, which would you find more useful ??

My own POIs of course.

We've had voice control before and because TT didn't have a clue how to implement it, it was pretty hopeless.
