New Mercedes E-Class Speed Camera on Comand System

Hi,

Non techie newbie here so forgive me asking a question that I am sure has already been answered.

I have just taken delivery of a new Merc E-Class from the factory. It has a Comand system already installed and from what I can see has a Tom Tom Sat Nav in.

How do I get speed cameras uploaded to this.

Is it really a TomTom???

There are instructions here for previous Mercedes Comand systems, but they are for a very different system from a TomTom.

If it really is a TomTom, does it have a Settings menu item for "Manage POIs"? And does it have an external card slot?
