"On startup also run" - failing

I am running CameraAlert V1.3.10.765 on Samsung S2 and also Nexus 7 tablet and both work great Very Happy

I have CamerAlert configured to run my SatNav app (Sygic) on startup and for some reason this stopped working on the Nexus 7 and I have to manually start Sygic. I have uninstalled and re-installed both Sygic and CameraAlert. I have also tried starting other apps from the CameraAlert "On startup also run" option and none start when launching CamersaAlert Sad

Has anyone any ideas ? is "Show diagnostics" of any use ? - how and where could I submit a diagnotic report ?

Dark blue Tabs at the top of the page, click the one called Support.
Submit the support ticket that way including any logs you have.

gets picked up and dealt with quickly.
Having said that though, you'll probably get a reply to this post from one of the Staff as well.

Does it still work on the S2? Are they on the same Android version? Did you modify any of the developer options? (There are a few that might impact this)

Would you be willing to install an app that can look at the log?

it's called "alogcat" and is available from the google play store. You would run alogcat, put it in the background, run CamerAlert (and observe the issue) then bring alogcat to the front again and save the captured log (and ideally send it to us)
