Best GPS logger for animal tracking?

Hi,

I am looking for a GPS data logger for application on dog sized animal collars.

They need to record for 12 hours per day, so some kind of scheduled control would be good. The desired fix interval would be around 5 minutes, and importantly the battery should last for at least one week. I have tried using the i-gotu gt-120 but it's accuracy does not seem the best (often out by 50m and sometimes only 1 or 2 fixes per hour on the 5 min logging interval setting). Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
