Free LIFETIME Subscription when you report just one eligible

I updated lots of new speed cameras, especially along the M4 by Newport, which are still there and fixed but you have said my subscription has expired. How do I get this changed?

If you haven't been awarded a lifetime membership it means none of your submissions qualified. Have you read this thread about the criteria, and all the threads linked to from there?
