If you made a backup before you updated (as you ALWAYS should) then find the file called MapSettings.cfg in the old map folder and copy that into the new one.
That should recover all your settings.
Sometimes the TomTom will refuse to boot with the old file though... If that happens, there is an easy fix - you run the on-screen emulator in Home ("Operate my Go" and create a new favourite. That re-writes the file to the latest format.
If you haven't got a backup, then I'm afraid you'll have to type in all your warnings again.
But as soon as you've done that , MAKE A BACKUP, so you won't lose them again. _________________ "Settling in nicely" ;-)
