Received mine yesterday, and uploaded a GPX file from WalkingWorld today. You need to download a program from the SatMap website called SatSYNC.
When you run the download, it will install and instruct you what to do next. Basically, after running, you connect your A10 and it first checks the firmware - if required, it updates this for you (you need to take your map card out of the device during this process - it does give a warning).
After the update, you simply locate the saved GPX file you downloaded from the Walking World site, and upload it by clicking the upload button. It saves the route to the internal memory of the A10 to be selected as and when you require it.
Further, when you download from Walking World, select that you also want images and details aswell - when you move the cursor on the A10 map over a waypoint and press the joystick, it lets you view the notes and pictures that you downloaded. Pretty cool really!
