No matter what, I don't seem to be able to change the 2 box layout to what I want (the one shown on the Planning page I assume ... or does it pop up somewhere else ?)

I'm not sure I follow your question. Are you trying to change the type of data in the pop up that appears on the Planning page? Because I don't think you can. My understanding is that the 2 and 4 data box layouts appear only on the GPS Map screen. To get these to show there you have to press the bottom left side button when on the GPS Map screen - this toggles through no boxes, two boxes, four boxes and back to none. If you edit the data in the boxes, you can have access to six different values, as the 2 box data doesn't have to be the same as a pair of the four box set.

Oh, I see, (I think.) I thought that you had 2 or 4 on the map screen, not a choice of 6 ... I assumed that the 2 were the ones on the planning page. Not very clear, me thinks.
