For anyone buying the new version of TomTom, like I did this week, make sure you log a support call beforehand regarding the new maps.
I can get a 'free' upgrade to 675 (although I'm not sure I want to reading this thread again) provided I reply to the support call I logged.
I get the impression they wouldn't do this otherwise.

I have the new South Africa (v660.1290) and Western Europe map (v675.1409) I have only used it a couple of times...and it keeps telling me to go off the motorway...go round the round a bout, and then just re-join the motorway I was on...Not right...not funny!Laughing Out Loud

Other issue is, the post codes...where they used to be 7 digit; they only do; for example: DA12...so only first 4 digits, no use at all like that, because then you cant get the street name direct from the post code?!

Anyone else that can confirm any of these issues?

Fixed the post code issue...You have to get the file Great_Britain.Postal and create a folder called ZIP (Zone Improvement Program...I think) and put that Postal file in there...Then sorted; 7 digit postcode! Laughing
