garmin 310 update speed camera problems

Hi its me again. i have just downlooaded the new speed camera update, for my garmin 310 and last time i had the problem it was because the software should of been in excel format, well i have just downloaded the update as i said and it isnt in excel format, i tried using excel to open it but it wont work, any ideas please........ regards

you need to download either the 'poi loader, i3 nuvi etc' file or the 'speed-zoned complete' file.
