Don't ya just luv it? TT issue an update (6.51) and as you install it, they explain how they want to collect journey data from your GPS "to help improve the navigation experience"... (the emphasis on "anonymously" is so heavy, that it alone would make the most trusting user suspicious)

TOSH!!

TT have already declared their future development plans by acquiring a company that specialises in vehicle tracking... announced around the time that the UK (and other European governments) unveiled plans to adopt Pay-Per-Mile ....

Now, if I were REALLY synical, I might think that TT are collecting data on commuter routes.... but surely, I couldn't be THAT synical ... could I ?
