Well, 21 million is not really a boost. Maybe a small nudge, given that the overall program is at about 2.4 billion (and counting, will probably cost more).

But hey, every bit helps to fight the delays and to get the promised accuracy to the public. some day.

Yes and also a step closer to road toll charges!!
