Teleatlas rewarded for Geographic Database

Just found this (its a week old), but Tele Atlas won an award for their mapping...

"Tele Atlas/Logistics, a digital map database for routing road-restricted vehicles, was named Best Commercial Vehicle Application at the 2006 Telematics Update event, which was held in Detroit recently."

Doesnt Teleatlas provide the outdated maps for the new TomTom 910 etc ?
