The popular French YouTube comedian Remi Gaillard has released his latest video and this time he spoofs speed cameras.

Gaillard positioned various models in front of the camera to wait until the flash was activated by a passing speeding car. Subjects include a bikini clad girl, newly weds and a football team.

Quite how funny the offending motorists who got flashed found the prank is up for debate, especially when you see Gaillard blocking the view of the camera from traffic.

He is also seen in the video coaxing vehicles to drive faster past the camera.

It is possible that some registration plates would have been obscured by the "models", which you might imagine opens the comedian up the the possibility of prosecution.

That said, it is highly likely that Gaillard will be able to afford any fine as his videos attract millions of views - that's a lot of advertising income.
